PMI Program IAW NFPA 110 that also meets or exceeds OEM requirements. Programs offered for Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual or Annually Inspections. Offered for all brands of generator and switchgear, as a system or independently.

On-site load bank testing-Clean wet stacking and confirm the ability of the equipment to properly carry rated KW. NFPA Requirement every 36 months 4 hr load bank or 2 hr every year based on load system is tested under normal testing or signs of wet stacking.

Diesel Engine Tune-Up-Prevent major engine failure by being able to discover loose adjusting screws or improperly set injectors. Increase engine efficiency. Should be performed every 200hrs or every three years.

Cooling System Major Service-System Flush, Replacement of all hoses, belts & new coolant mixed at a 50% mixture with a .9 PH balance. Proper maintenance will ensure system will not fail due to clogged radiator cores or component failure.
Fuel Polishing - Filter and treat up to 2500 gallons with portable fuel filtering unit. Remove, water and algae and treats.
Fuel Sample - ASTM testing in compliant with new NFPA and AHCA on site fuel storage tank requirements

Megger Test-Test values of the insulation of all the windings in the generator end. Discover any potential problems before they become catastrophic. In our tropical climate this should be performed annually.

Unit Upgrades– Retrofit outdated inefficient control systems, voltage regulators or governors with new state of the art components as opposed to discarding equipment with relatively low hours. New enclosures & Sound Attenuating. Also include Automatic transfer Switches and Automatic or Manual multiple unit parallel switchgear.

Remote Monitoring-Various levels of monitoring available based on your individual needs.
